Strayhorn gives up on 'Grandma' lawsuit - State & Local

I am soooo very glad that Carolyn Keeton Strayhorn has decided to drop this suit which indeed is not worth the battle. I couldn't understand why she would even think that she had had half the chance in winning that battle. Thankfully, the battles are turned to more important issues at hand -- hopefully. I would have hated to think that the whole campaign would have been clouded by such trivial issues.
